Request Deletion of Your Data
Last updated: July 1, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your data associated with the
Anguilla Summer Festival — Festival Passport app, provided by
Anguilla Summer Festival.
How to request deletion
Accounts for this app are created and managed by an administrator, so you can request deletion in
either of these ways:
- Email us. Send a message to
privacy@anguillasummerfestival.com
from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my data".
Include your full name and the email address used to sign in so we can verify your request.
- Ask your administrator. Contact your festival administrator and ask them to remove
your account. Administrators can deactivate and delete staff accounts directly.
We will verify the request comes from you (to protect your account), then process it within
30 days of confirmation. We'll let you know once it's done.
What data is deleted
When your request is completed, we delete the personal information tied to your account, including:
- your name and email address;
- your sign-in credentials (stored only as a secure, one-way hash);
- any account settings or session tokens associated with you.
What data may be kept
We may retain a limited amount of information only where necessary to:
- comply with legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations;
- resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or maintain the security of our systems.
Any information kept for these reasons is limited to what is required, retained only for as long as
necessary, and then deleted or anonymized.
